portabella sandwich
- 1 portabella mushroom, stem and gills removed
- marinating sauce: olive oil, minced garlic, diced onions, salt & pepper. spread inside the cap (one hour should be enough, but i let it stand overnight)
- 2 slices of toast
- lettuce
- swiss cheese
- tomatoes
- red onions
- mayonnaise
- black pepper
- + a stack of napkins because damn portabella is juicy
